After explaining the nature of the "support" I received, She referred me to back to technical support. When I asked for a refund for the raining time left on my subscription, She referred me back to technical support. ![]() It has become clear to me that the issues I am having with this software will never be resolved. I have decided to uninstall System Suite from all my devices and I will not be renewing my subscription which expires in October. I could never get a customer support person to answer, so I went ahead and purchased.
